LOOK: The Diocesan Commission on Social Communications held the first PROCLAIM: Proclaiming the Charisms, Life, Achievements, and Inspirations in the Ministry on February 3rd. It was attended by the social communications ministers of the parishes in our diocese and media organizations inside and outside the diocese. Recognition was given to Dr. Emiterio L. Tiburcio for his unique contribution in starting and being the Editor-in-Chief of Ang Batingaw Newsletter for 34 years.
